    RETURN POLICY

    • Returns will be accepted for site credit within 30 days from the date your order was originally received, with your original invoice or receipt. After 30 days, returned merchandise cannot be accepted.
    • All returns must have been purchased from ShopDreamkissed.com and returned in saleable condition (new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered), including original packaging with all original tags attached.
    • Merchandise marked as final sale or discounted cannot be returned.
    • If you have received a Dreamkissed. item as a gift, you can return it for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact us at contact@shopdreamkissed.com.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping which should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  
    • We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.   
    • At this time we do not offer exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order for the size you need after you have returned the original and store credit has been applied. You may contact us and we will waive any new shipping charges on your new order.

     RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

      • Returns will be accepted for site credit within 30 days from the date your order was originally received, with your original invoice or receipt. After 30 days, returned merchandise cannot be accepted.
      • To return your product, cover the original shipping label with a new return label and complete the sender information section. Be sure to include your return form and invoice showing your order number and customer information. Ship your package via your carrier of choice, and apply the appropriate postage. Please keep a record of your tracking information.
      • Please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. List on the form what items you are returning, and mail to the address provided on the form.

    RETURN PROCESS

      • Once we have received the return, we will process it within 7 days. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Returns over the 30 day limit will get an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank. We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your refund.
