Dreamkissed. guarantees the quality of our tops and our service - we want you to be happy with both your Dreamkissed. purchase and the service we provide you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us at email@example.com for help with a return.
- Returns will be accepted for site credit within 30 days from the date your order was originally received, with your original invoice or receipt. After 30 days, returned merchandise cannot be accepted.
- All returns must have been purchased from ShopDreamkissed.com and returned in saleable condition (new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered), including original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise marked as final sale or discounted cannot be returned.
- If you have received a Dreamkissed. item as a gift, you can return it for site credit for the current selling price. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You are responsible for the return shipping which should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
- At this time we do not offer exchanges. We recommend that you return the item first, and then use store credit to purchase the new item that you want instead. You may contact us and we will waive any new shipping charges on your new order.
- To return your product, email us at email@example.com. We’ll then email you a return form. Once received, print and complete the return form. Be sure to include in the package your return form and invoice showing your order number and customer information. Ship your package via your carrier of choice and apply the appropriate postage. Please keep a record of your tracking information.

- Once we have received the returned item and determined it is in salable condition, we will process it within 5 days and then you will be refunded an online store credit. Returns over the 30 days cannot be accepted. We will email you at the email your order was placed with, notifying you that your Dreamkissed. online account is credited.
